🎲PvP Game Play (Draft)

The NiftyKicks Factory PvP

PvP Battle Options

  • Will be played from the Embassy Building

  • Players will have the options to choose between:

    • Sabotage

    • Ambush

    • Token Challenge

  • After selecting the type of PvP, the players will see the islands on the screen.

  • At this screen, the player can choose which island to play PvP

  • Depending on the island chosen, player will se hints for the minimum and maximum number of troops and rewards crates they can add/load to the convoy.

  • When the convoy is created and ready to be send on mission, the players will select send convoy.

  • On the next screen the player will either see a list of available convoys from other players they can attack, or they can just send their convoys out (On queue) to wait for other player to attach them.

  • Here is a preliminary sample of what that may look like. (Just an excel screenshot. UI will look different)

  • As you can see in the image above, There will be different options for odd numbered islands and even numbered islands.

    • Island 1, 3, 5, and 7: Will not have the sabotage option.

    • While islands 2, 4, 6, and 8: will have the sabotage option.

  • Player will have three different ways to do battle in PvP

    • Sabotage: Where you take your chance at a 1 round battle where the winner takes half the opponent crates. This is why sabotage can only be played in even numbered islands.

    • Ambush: This will be either a death match or until a side retreats/surrenders

    • Token Challenge: This will be the same set of rules as the Ambush option, but with the added token challenge.

    • What is token challenge? If the option is selected, the player will have to make some additional choices/decisions.

      • The player most choose what token he/she would like to wager

      • The player must also chose what tokens he/she will accept from the opponent

      • The player must also choose the amount of tokens (All wax equivalent) in increments of 25. (25, 50, 75, or 100)

        • For example, I can choose to wager 25 $WAX and decide that I will accept 25 $WAX in $NOVO or $WAX.

Combat Strength

Combat strength is a number given to each troop NFT based on rarity.

  • Commander CS = 6

  • Mythic CS = 5

  • Legendary CS = 4

  • Epic CS = 3

  • Rare CS = 2

  • Uncommon CS = 1

  • Common CS = 1

The combat strength number also reflects the dice roll strength each rarity has. For example a commander needs to roll 6 or less on the 8 sided dice to cause damage to the opponent.

Here is an example of a convoy with Combat Strength (CS) of 21, for a PvP convoy going to island #1.

  • Commander: Elastor = CS 6

  • Cpl Shari = CS 4

  • Cpl Shari = CS 4

  • Cpl Susie = CS 3

  • LCpl Alex = CS 2

  • PFC Jeff = CS 1

  • Pvt Luna = CS 1

When engaging in combat, we recommend only challenging opponents within 5 combat strength of your convoy set-up.

If you have your convoy in queue, an opponent will not be able to challenge you unless they are within 5 CS of your convoy set-up.

In Token Challenge mode, in addition to being within 5 CS of your convoy, both sides need to match on token amount and type of token.

  • Battles will be resolve in a turn based mode, where opponents have a predetermined time to take actions. (12 Hours)

PvP Battle Sequence

  • When the battle is chosen the attacker begins the round by rolling the dices for all their troops and the Convoy Commander.

    • If the player chose to equip addons during the convoy set-up; they can choose to utilize those addons NFT's in any round.

    • Only one offensive and one defensive can be use per round.

    • These NFT's will be burn at the end of the convoy, therefore only load the addons you know you will use.

    • You will not recover any unused addons NFT's.

  • After the attacker take his/her turn. The defender has 12 hours to select which action to take.

    • Attack, or retreat

  • No matter what option the defender takes, the next logical step is to take damage dealt by the attacker. If the defending player loaded any addons with defensive capability like the camouflage or the kevlar armor; he/she can chose to use it.

  • If the player chose to retreat battle is over and the attacker wins.

  • If the defender player chose to stay and attack the attacker, then the defender takes his/her turn and roll dices for all his troops. The attacker now has 12 hours to select which action to take.

    • Attack again, or retreat

  • The cycle repeats itself, depending on the actions taken by the attacker or defender, until someone is declared the victor.

Sample PvP Battle

  • MrLT15 will first roll (1) dice (1) for Pvt Luna. He is hoping to get a 1. (He rolls a 3) No damage caused.

  • MrLT15 then rolls (1) dice for LCpl Alex. He is hoping to roll a 2 or a 1. If the dice rolls a 1 or 2, it is a hit. Any roll of 3 or higher is a mis. (He rolls a 4). No damage caused.

  • MrLT15 then rolls (1) dice, (1) for Cpl Susie. He is hoping to get a 3 or less on the dice. A roll of 4 or higher is a miss. (He gets a 3 ) It's a hit.

  • MrLT15 then rolls (2) dices, one for each Cpl Shari. He is hoping for a 4 or less on each dice. (he gets (2) 4's). It's 2 hits.

  • MrLT15 then rolls (1) dice for Sght MTBER. He is hoping to roll a 5 or less. (He rolls a 3). It's a hit.

  • MrLT15 then rolls (1) final dice in this turn, for Maj Shamanny. Hoping for a 6 or less. (He rolls a 7) No damage caused.

  • Based on the rolls; MTBER took 4 hits.

  • When MTBER takes his turn, he decides to counter attack, but before he does, he needs to allocate the damage. MTBER now has to allocate the 4 hits caused by MrLT15's attack.

  • MTBER decides to allocate 2 hits to Pvt Luna and 2 hits to PFC Jeff.

  • Since PTV Luna only has 2 life spans, she will die after MTBER rolls his dice in defense (Counter attack). Pvt Luna will not be available in the next turn and PFC Jeff will only have 1 life span left.

  • After MTBER takes his turns and causes damage. MrLT15 will go through the same process. Choose to attach again, or end combat, then allocate damage to his troops.

  • Combat will continue until one opponent has no troops left or either side quits.
